Digital work orders for office and field teams

We connect office planning with mobile field updates, linking tasks, photos and status to a shared work order.

The starting point

Paper, separate messages and delayed data entry reduce visibility. We identify what the office, field team and, where relevant, warehouse need.

Our approach

An illustrative architecture combines a mobile Power App, SharePoint or Dataverse and agreed workflows. Dynamics 365 or other systems can be connected where interfaces allow.

Illustrative workflow

The office creates and assigns an order. Field staff record work, materials and photos. The office checks the update and prepares documentation or the next task.

From enquiry to delivery

  1. Clarify requirements

We discuss goals, participants and current workflows using documents and situations from your daily work.

  2. Agree the scope

We define services, responsibilities and handovers, resolving dependencies and open questions before delivery.

  3. Deliver and hand over

We support agreed activities, document outcomes and agree ongoing support with your team.

Frequently asked questions

Can the app work without internet access?

Offline use must be designed specifically, taking account of devices, data sources, data volume and synchronisation, then tested.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on data sources, integrations, roles and scope. After the analysis we agree a plan; a limited pilot can prepare a wider rollout.

Which licences and permissions are needed?

We review existing Microsoft licences, connections and access before implementation. Premium features or additional services may require separate licences, depending on the solution.
